By far the best solution is for states like CA to (more or less) peacefully exit the union. Let them have their Utopia, and set up strict borders with the neighboring states. If you stay with the left, you can't migrate out to the right.

Look into the Spanish Civil War for one of the closest modern analogues. Same dynamics at play -- left concentrated in city centers, right everywhere else. The lead-up to hostilities is particularly fascinating. There are some nice little youtube videos on the topic. Eventually, the left lost as they were more or less starved into submission (although it also became a proxy war for other powers in Europe). I suspect the same dynamic will be magnified by a factor of 1000 in the upcoming American version, especially when someone decides to shut the power off (Urban centers don't generate their own power).
"Secular cult" just differentiates it from being a "religious cult." It's not that a secular worldview makes you a member of the cult, any more than a religious worldview makes you a member of a religious cult. The DNCult is a toxic blend of Critical Race Theory and Marxism.

Nearly half the population, concentrated in urban centers, is either part of a secular cult or in thrall to it. Entitlement is a major part of the cult, and they have been used to getting their way for a very long time, financed by infinite government debt. It has to change, one way or another, as reality sets in, and they're not going to like it.
So no, it's not going to get better. At best, there is a short-term lull (maybe) if they get exactly what they want in the election, like a withdrawing heroine addict finally getting a dose. But it only makes the problem worse -- the addiction is reinforced, and the eventual conflict with reality becomes more inevitable and intense.
The bottom line is this: If they are allowed to take the POTUS by corruption, they will certainly take the Senate by corruption in a matter of months. Then it's a very short time to 52 states, 15 Justices, and 30 million new voters directly from the 3rd world. Then say goodbye to everything you ever cared about.
