In California, yeah, but not NY. California could challenge the federal circuit and the case would go to the supreme court. That's huge because the supreme court has been refusing to hear cases about 2A.
They refused because chief cuck roberts will vote against it and cause a problem. They’re waiting for another pro 2a justice so they can strike down all of the gun laws that are in the federal court system
