I have zero issues with education on the Holocaust. We should review it regularly or we forget how evil we can be, it's an affront to humanity and it does us well to see it. Honestly, this is where the argument gets interesting to me because history starts to intersect with behavior. Remember in the middle ages people thought that the Jews created the Black plague because Jews were disproportionately unaffected by the plague. When actually it probably had more to do with the fact that the Jews religion mandates certain levels of cleanliness. Specifically by washing hands before and after meals. Usury, which is the lending of money and charging interest, was outlawed so Christians could lend other Christians money but they could not charge interest on that transaction. Muslims also don't believe in usury even to this day Muslims use special mortgage companies that have completely different structures to the transactions to not be Haram. But not the jews, they have no such religious beliefs. Since the middle ages, Jews have had a corner on the finance market because they were the only people that could. None of the Catholics could loan you money but the Jews could. How would they not use that niche in society that are benefit? Moreover, this perpetuates a cycle where it makes sense for Jews to be in financial fields as well as associated field (legal, accounting, management) and really any place where they can work with money. Over time you tend to get people that have a history and experience in that field. Just the way that southern plantations were (if you buy that theory) a catalyst for black people to become physically fit so were European markets the place that caused the Jews to study more and take on more intellectual careers since the beginning.

This organ is also the reason that people tend to say the Jews stole Palestine from Muslims. Now, they didn't, but you're an uneducated muslim and you're starving and you have no money and then a Jew comes with this contract and money and offers to buy your land, what do you do? Maybe you don't really understand the contract but you sign it because you need money and food and now you feel swindled a decade later because of clauses in the contract or whatever. But both sides agree on a contract so is it that bad?

I know I kind of rambled there but I think you should check out Daryl Cooper's martyr made podcast about israel, it's really long but if nothing else it will give you a perspective on the Jewish state that makes sense and I think is applicable in the real world. He does a phenomenal job of telling the story from the Muslim point of view as well to where you can really see what a sticky problem it is.

So to summarize, and again I apologize for rambling it, makes sense that one cultural group would want to perpetuate their cultural group. I don't think you and I are any different than that. I do think that the American left is pushing cultural changes via education and institution in a way that's disgusting and that we should fight.
