It's not too hard but it does take some skill. You have to go to the Home Depot and get yourself a drum sander and maybe 10 piece of sand paper in eat 30, 80, and 120 grit (order fr.azon it's cheaper). Then, start with the 30 and work your way up. KEEP MOVING AT ALL TIMES OR YOU WILL NAKE DIVITS IN THE FLOOR. Then take the drum sander back and rent an edge sander and get the same paper grits. Once done, clean and apply stain. Then apply a poly coat on top and your floors will look great
