A week goes by with no status update on shipping. It was supposed to be a two day shipping. Anyway I call them and at first I just get a voicemail that says you’ve reached by you and that he’s indisposed at the moment and won’t be around for some time and reach him at the info at bayou runner to get a hold of them. So then I give them a call back later on any answers. Carlos answers the phone and he was very rude I asked politely if this was by you he said yes what do I want so I was explaining to him that I was just checking up on a purchase that I had made and gave them the invoice number he then tells me that he was busy and he says if it’s in an unknown status it’s an unknown status and that they’re busy and handling times are usually between two and three days but sometimes longer. So I explain to him that I had ordered it about a week ago and he told me he didn’t know what to tell me he was busy. So then I text him asking him to please ship my order and that the reason that I picked his company out of everything else was that he was a veteran and I would appreciate getting my product. He then text me back saying that my order will be canceled and then I needed to piss off. But hasn’t refunded me any money and it’s been a while
