So, the data I am talking about is not regarding this specific graph but, the total number of violent crimes committed. You are correct other groups havent been granularized but, both 13% and 4% are both true depending on how you want to break this down. I feel the 13% of blacks does not accurately define the problem as 4% of black males do.
