I’ve put 600 steel case through it. No issues. It’s light, like stupid light. The FFL brought it to my work and he said he opened it because it didn’t feel like a rifle was in the box. With no mag and no optics it’s so light it feels like a toy. Recoil is just a little snappier but who cares, .223 doesn’t recoil anyway. I shoot way better off hand because my arm muscles aren’t getting fatigued. I really like it. Would I spend that much on one if I had more free time? No. I’d build my own for about 500 less. What I don’t have anymore though is time. The little bit I do have free I’d rather be shooting than sourcing parts and building.
