Wait, so can you can explain what this means. Will rounds of those calibers be completely banned in California?
What this means is that for every one pistol added to the roster (the list of guns that can be purchased in commifornia) THREE must be taken off. Eventually there will be one gun on the roster.
Only guns that were made before 2013 are on the roster due to the non existent microstamp requirement. The technology to microstamp is non existent and is only a ploy to keep guns out of the hands of legal gun owners.
There are no sales of glock gen 5 or sig p365 to everyday people direct from gun stores. You can get them at a premium used from a LEO. Rules for thee not for me.
And LEOs are regularly busted for dealing firearms without an FFL by taking orders from customers to purchase off- roster firearms and sell them as "used" guns for substantial profit.
No, just every time 1 gun is added 3 are arbitrarily removed. They could add something as dumb as a break action 22 to get rid of the AR pistols that are on the roster.
You're funny. There is/was one AR pistol on the roster. I think it was changed to "other" and ca is trying to get rid of it.
