Is all the boog talk simply screaming into the darkness?

I once tried to create a public database of people willing to boog. I went to my neighbor's house, former recon, and he said something along the lines of, "my wife won't even know when I boog, and you'll be the last to know."
So then I called my friend from my youth who pounded sand in Iraq and Afghanistan and he said something like, "if we boog it will be without you."
Another friend who worked in intelligence, when I tried to recruit him, he said that the military is constantly running war games and they often look at what would happen if we had a boog here at home. He mumbled something about bridges and water and how long a city can survive without food. He said, "if we do boog, we won't need to fire a shot."
I am left to conclude that there will be no boog.
