They don't want you owning anything.

They want you to lease.

Back when I was a young lad, there were these things called video rental stores.

Everyone in school talked about "sweet action" on the VHS tapes "we also called the cassettes" found in the tapes behind the bead curtain. I wasn't allowed to go in there, but from what I gathered, they had videos of women getting sweet action.

All I wanted was to grill.

And fedboi, I will continue to grill.

One way or another.

I can't speak for every shop, but only a handful of guys can use a Bridgeport to do anything other than face off raw stock and drill a couple holes, and only one guy that can cut threads on a lathe.

We only use CNC for production parts. You can measure tool lengths to within a few tenths with only a 1-2-3 block, bore or boss centers for a work offset with a half thou resolution test indicator, stock material edges for work offsets using a $15 edge finder and check your work with a half thou resolution caliper. Of course most of our production parts have a .020" general tolerance and there's lots of blending, but all that equipment will get you a part that's at least within .005".

Back then it was probably going to be a screw build.

Since then I went to a trade school and learned me how to shoot rivets and bend sheet metal, but I now I work in a machine shop and try to keep worn out 40 year old CNC machines from ending up as paper weights in between burning my hands from arc flashes caused by 50 years of questionable wiring done by previous maintenance guys.

Fudd Clubs don't feel inclusive.

I'm sorry that they feel jealous of my mag dumps, and yeah a couple rounds don't stay strictly in my lane, but even fewer go over the berm and I'm pretty sure I haven't hurt anyone yet so why can't they let me make mistakes and get better?

Maybe if you overrun a military base, they'll leave fat stacks behind.

I don't know anything about currently made AKs.

I was gonna build one years back but to also buy the tools for one build would have been a waste.

I know it's a real weird fucking world compared to '05 when you can get an AR that'll chug through several mags with no problems for $500 and a low grade AK that might asplode for $1000.

Ohhh. That's a nice filthy little slut.

Perfect thing to drop a tapco-fucked sks into.

Any specifications?

If it's 5.56 you've got a number of options, none of which I have experience with. Springfield has just started importing this hawt little thing but it might hit the shelf at 3k. Personally I think I would like the keltec one, although it might be a little flimsy in places.

In 7.62x51 it looks like there's only 3 options and personally again I'd go with keltec, but just for cost reasons.

I saw that ATAK exists and saw a couple videos on some features. It's super cool.

To put it short it's a realtime user updated terrain and intelligence tool. It lets you set up waypoints for patrols, track opposition positions, keeps track of your guys and ties it in to terrain models so you can plot routes to avoid detection and reroute according to blocked paths etc.

It would be a full-time job to administer, but if you can get an adhoc network set up to communicate data with other users, you could give everyone a very nice tool to form a cohesive group that could set up supply lines and outmaneuver opposition.

They can own some pretty cool stuff ngl. Pinned mags make it gay though.

Mozambique?

Apparently the news said you can buy RPGs at Wal-Mart in El Paso but I call bullshit because I went to the gun section in all 4 locations and even thought they might be talking about the parking lot, but that's bullshit too because I only bought a S&W 642 in a parking lot, although it was the mall parking lot. Maybe I need to try again.

That's Bill Jackmanson, I went to middle school with him. We kinda figgered he was a little fruity, and the most likely to columbine the place despite not getting bullied nearly as much as me.

I never took him for liking high heels, always came off as more of slipons kinda guy.
