No, you should be thanking SBT for the number of braces they sold. This gives the courts a lot of potential sacrafical legal lambs that can help reel in this unconstitutional bullshit. It also means that a court case could argue that braces/sbrs are in common use and thus trying to ban them would be unconstitutional under other previously established legal precedent.
