If you are actually worried about all this get a AR lower while you can. sub $100 will get you started and you can slowly build it into a complete rifle over the next few months.

If you are worried about some war scenario and have no money then sell your shit and just focus on one platform. Realistically a concealed pistol is going to do you more good then anything if things start getting weird. Carrying around a rifle in public will make you a target.

Really buy an AR lower regardless. Yeah you do have enough to poorly defend your house now (with the sks) but I would start saving for something more modern.
