Well bud, they committed blatant election fraud, super fucked small businesses and let the big box stores reap the benefits and have used the 'rona to fuck everyone and everything further in a way that will never go back to "normal".

So yeah, i'd say they can do about whatever the fuck they want.

Those motherfuckers.

  1. A ban on newly acquired ARs and equivalents.
  2. A ban on newly acquired magazines over 10 rounds.
  3. There will be no 10 year sunset like last time.
  4. A ban on all private sales that will be unenforceable.
  5. They will talk about an end to all online sales of anything gun related but this will be harder to get and will likely be a "compromise" they offer to let them ban AR15s.

Retroactive confiscation and n f a registration is a hard sell and will be hard to pass. Not impossible for those cunts but hard to pass.

If the bullet misses the wound cavity blown by the muzzle gss will still be enough to kill.

If these were $200 i could see it just because.

I get that. I'm not a soldier either. I like to avoid conflict where i can. I don't even raise my voice.

But you're legit setting yourself up for failure.

Gunfighting is a perishable skill. Hitting a target consistently, while under stress and probably in the dark with lots of crazy shit going on, noise and your hands covered in blood/sex fluids/maple syrup.

If you don't practice with your shotgun you're gonna fuck it up. Loading shells and consistently cycling the action every time are your keys.

If you don't cycle a shotgun fully when you chamber a round you will have the gun short stroke and you will jam.

Do you know how to clear a shotgun if it jams? They jam very, very rarely but they do.

How quick can you transition to your pistol when you run that shotgun dry or need to move through a space too small for your 18 inch barreled boom stick?

Have you practiced moving through our house with it?

I wish i could let you do that stuff with my 10.5 AR or my 9mm carbine. You're going to find that you can move with it better and shoot it from more positions quickly and easily. And i love the shotgun. Spent way too much on mine lol.

Soldiers do stuff like build shit and interact with the locals. Gunslingers kill the bastards and then leave to go chug high life and grief bang the widows they just made.

Be a gunslinger bby. Practice with that gun.

The holding of power is not necessarily the wielding of that power. You can have an AR under your shirt and not bother anyone.

Lol so you want a less capable and tactically less flexible weapon? Why hinder yourself?

The AR is also easier to use to be frank, i'm far from a noob in the 12guage but the AR is just easier to use under stress with good optics.

Also, you're fucking yourself trying to predict your scenario. Thing is, none of us know how bad things could get/be. So a 28rd mag of 5.56 freedom pills could keep you alive.

Range also allows skill and preparation whereas close range allows numbers and faggots spamming rounds at you. A shotgun puts you in the same threat envelope as a buncha dindus with 9mms. Why fuck with that when you can smoke everyone from across the street, loot their shit and piss on their dead faces?

Just stuff to consider.

I always keep in mind that each successive generation thinks this. Every generation thinks they are the last with balls and intelligence. Then again, you have a generation that wants to defund the police and still call them when their black neighbors make noise.

As much as i hate biden and harris and sincerely think the election was stolen i''m 90% sure nothing will come of this rally on the 6th.

People are going to rally and it will be more about 2024 than 2021.

We're at the stage where the left will use this to show how scary those "right wing extremists" are and the right will use this to galvanize their support in the midterm elections to come.

If you want to shoot a round and then take it apart to put the new cartridge in the adapter i guess that could work. You will also be shooting a round out of a straight up.no contact barrel. It is the literal definition of a hot dog down a hallway.

Shotguns are great, get an AR lower or AR while you can as soon as you can, no joke. Shotguns occupy the ranged threat niche of a pistol in terms of where you use them. Inside 30 yds they are a decisive gat. Outside that slugs are required.

The AR makes you a threat at any range with capacity and quick reloading. Again, i love the shotgun, my sugar tits Benelli M4 is loaded in the corner. But the AR is the du jour for gun fighting for a reason.

That's cool as hell.

Don't even have a Garand i just think adjustable gas blocks and .30 cal American awesomeness is great.

A while back i helped a fudd buddy buy his first AR and start carrying an HK USPc .45. He is also a milsurp bolt guy. Collects them like some of us collect Euro handguns.

Banning import ammo is going to make lots of folks that might be ok with a LOT less government.

I thought we allowed pretty much everything as long as it had guns and wasn't commie or weeb shit.

I think a lot of the people here are too adhd for precision rifles.

Sig Romeo5. I own two. One on my 10.5 AR and one on my Benelli M4. They fucking rule for the price point.

Loctite all the things and replace the mount with something good. Loctite all the things.

Welcome to the AR! It's the mainstay for a reason.

Don't be afraid to buy lowers and mags and for fucks sake get AR10 parts while you can!

(Looks up from skillet and disassembled AR, salutes and drinks entire bottle of Worcestershire sauce to learn its secrets)

I'd bet damn near anything. Improved cylinder if you're lucky. Either way you can run slugs and buck no problem and feel good about it. A good shotgun solves many problems.

scruffyusp 4 points ago +4 / -0

I did mean armalite. As in the AR15. AR=AR15 AK=AK47 and it's many cousins.

scruffyusp 4 points ago +4 / -0

The AR is usually made in CNC machines and lathes. It's a bit more complicated than what your friend says but oh so easy to maintain and take care of later.

Fun facts, the AR has a safety detent in the lower that is the size of a grain or long rice.

Pretty much for home built guns 3d printing is the next frontier. Lots of cool stuff on there.

I keep looking for a problem in your suggestion but can find none.

Bwahahahaha, now that's an underrated and funny comment.

Lol 45 gap.

The AUG is a very, very sexy rifle. Bullpup so you get a short profile but fullsize barrel and the AUG has a great reputation for reliability and general goodness.

Compared to the AR you will have problems finding parts but the AUG is pretty badass. I don't know much about the AUG long term as i have been sexually involved with the AR for many years now and know it as well as i can know anything besided the AK.

The AK is great but it is a custom gun these days made by different manufacturers and a thing of rivets and steel. The AR can be fixed with a bench vise and hand tools.

If you can get an AUG, get an AUG. Super sexy rifle.

California is a communist shit hole. Water is also wet and potatoes taste good with red meat. Things we knew.

Isn't it funny that places where it's harder to get a gun individual liberty is threatened?

Also, YOU NEED TO HAVE GUNS IN ALL THE THINGS. THERE IS SO MUCH AUTISM HERE WE NEED GUNS ALL THE TIME.
