No, you should be thanking SBT for the number of braces they sold. This gives the courts a lot of potential sacrafical legal lambs that can help reel in this unconstitutional bullshit. It also means that a court case could argue that braces/sbrs are in common use and thus trying to ban them would be unconstitutional under other previously established legal precedent.
Bump stocks were really not nearly as popular as braces. And as much as I think it's irrelevant and stupid to ban them, they're ultimately toys that make your rifle wobble around like hell just to give you the auto-giggles.
Bump stocks are an abomination that exists because your constitutional right to own automatic weapons were infringed to begin with.
No one should comply. We have the supreme court. Restrictions on barrel length are completely arbitrary. It doesn't say "shall not be infringed, unless your arbitrarily defined rifle is too short, but your arbitrarily defined pistol can be whatever length you want as long as you don't put a rubber dong on the front rail." With actual constitutionalists in the majority if this is the hill the ATF tries to die on it very well could end up getting neutered.
Look I know sometimes around here I'm considered "retarded"or "brain damaged" or "basically a woman" but...what the fuck is the logic behind this?

Common usage bby! Woohoo!
Just like they did with bumpers.... Oh yeah. (sad eyes)
