As an internet historian not accurate...it didn't jam after the second shot.
That's only because the 1911 doesn't need a second shot.
extra stopping power? im in
Ah Christ who let Elmer in?
9/10 SFbubbas can't be wrong
Fun fact: to this day the government has not declassified the full capabilities of the M1911. They even spent billions of dollars on the "Manhattan Project" psy-op just to provide a plausible explaination for what happened to Hiroshima and Nagasaki after some crayon eater on Iwo Jima accidentally double tapped in the general direction of Japan.
You mean fired, jammed, cursed, tapracked, and possibly misfired?
Not only is this the finniest/truest thing I've ever read, I'm going to steal it
So, real talk i lusted madly after a Springfield TRP operator for years. Shot one, fingered them when i could and tried to figure out how i could come up with most of 2 grand.
Then i bought an HK45C for about 1/3 of the price of one of those after HK dropped the price. Have not looked back. Mags are stupid expensive but that's HK.
HK's are super nice but a M1911 is a masterpiece of American history. Every time you rack the slide and eagle screams
I like those too. Carried one for years actually. They are a classic for a reason.
They're great for the first few miles. Then you realize that most 1911s made are so full of sharp edges it's like a cheese grater.
HKs are nice and smooth except where they are ribbed for your pleasure.
Trigger has some takeup and slack on everything but the P7 and VP9, the vp70 trigger is shiiiit. High bore axis on everything but the P7 and mag prices are fucking crazy.
Also customization is not as easy as other gats. But then, it's an HK. It's ready to kick doors and shoot faces when you get it.
The fuck was i talking about again? What day is it? (Stumbles away in bathrobe)
Uh oh, boomers are learning how to meme dankfully. Hold on bois.
