On phone so not linking. Military Arms Channel shared a document on their social media
Edit: MAC posted a video on YouTube about it - says letter will be released in 12 - 48 hours. It purposely contains the vaguest guidance that puts the burden on knowing if a weapon is an SBR on the firearm, despite there being zero concrete rules issued to the public or the firearms industry
Who gives a shit? Don’t comply and nothing will happen
Illegal SBR gang rise up. As long as you don’t commit a violent crime, nothing will happen to you. If you kill some jogger breaking into your house, yank the stock off before the fuzz arrives.
Hundo P!!!
Haha imagine complying
*document from the ATF
*Fagument full of stepper bullshit
This is the way
Whelp. Someone's gonna be a test case.
1 2 3 NOT IT
My take on this is it's going to be a lot like bump stocks and 922r. It's a way to fuck with the industry hard and also inconvenience the consumer while giving them leverage charges they can use for other stuff.
Case in point, no bump stock prosecution to date, they know thst won't stand up in any court that is not assachusets or douchifornia.
Don't forget about ConnectiCUNT and Cuck Jersey.
Cheers fren!

imagine not shrieking like an enraged fruit bat while emptying mag after mag in a one-man replay of Waco
Of course the Feds were going to close this loophole eventually.
When it looks like a stock, and you're using it like a stock, or you've got optics mounted to your "pistol" that can only be used when you shoulder it like a stock, it's a fucking stock.
Calling it a "pistol brace" was a cute workaround, but the real change needs to happen to the law.
The NFA is outdated, retarded and needs to be repealed. Pistol braces have proven that SBRs can exist without any uptick in violent crime.
