My take on this is it's going to be a lot like bump stocks and 922r. It's a way to fuck with the industry hard and also inconvenience the consumer while giving them leverage charges they can use for other stuff.
Case in point, no bump stock prosecution to date, they know thst won't stand up in any court that is not assachusets or douchifornia.
