Knowing the younger generations who are quite literally brain washed via social media platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok, a move like lowering the voting age would be a power play for the left. However some studies have shown that Gen Z is the most conservative generation since the boomers.
We had better hope that the later is true, because when they bring in shit loads of refuges in exchange for sworn leftist votes, We The People are fucked.
I mean, yeah, that has already BEEN happening. The left has been bitching about voter registration laws and voter ID requirements for 2 decades, while also demanding that illegal immigrants be given equal rights as American citizens - which, for the most part, I am okay with, except for when it comes to voting.
Corporations dodge WAY bigger tax bills than illegal immigration is responsible for. But corporations at least have the decency to pay for policy change with drugs, bribes, lobbyists and soft money rather than disgrace the one fragile thing that makes people believe representative government still exists - the notion that one citizen = one vote.
Because when it instead means one person = one vote and you don't even have to be who you say you are and you don't have to be American, you bet to Christ I'm going to bring a suitcase full of wigs and fake mustaches to the polls and my district is going to vote 98% libertarian that year
