I like it. Side note, people who think potato skins don't need the good middle bit put back in should burn in hell. Go to TGI Fridays and get a fucking potato skin canoe with shitty cheese sitting there in that sad empty divot.
Fucking A right! Why disregard that when you can enrich it with tasty dairy products. Honestly if I was having just taters i would have put bacon on them.
I hate buying potato skins other places, they never satisfy.
