2nd, when someone responds to you with obscenity and an evolving, obviously fictional scenario the way to beat them is to go so over the top you win. For example, i would have said "yeah, but it sure was nice of my dad to put his finger in your ass so you could get it up" thus calling into question the virility of the man who just said he fucked your mom. It's also funny and establishes that you don't take anything seriously and cannot be offended.
