Do I want to fire Dragon’s Breath rounds with a Tavor TS12? Primary concern would be fucking it up ($1500 is a lot of chicken tenders to waste), secondary concern would be not enough gas to cycle it and having to manually chamber the next shell. They really should offer these in a pump action version, would be badass even with regular shells.

Thanks. I’ve been eyeing a Benelli M4 before, but I REALLY like the starship trooper factor of a space looking bullpup shotgun. One thought would be to go with something like a Mossberg 500 and a conversion kit, because just about every bullpup shotgun out there seems to be gas operated. Or just give up on firing Dragon’s Breath with it, but then I might as well just get a .223 rifle or something instead.
Honestly the special shotgun rounds aren't all that and a bag of chips. They're mostly gimmicks.
00 and slugs will see you through with 7.5 for practice.
I totally get wanting a cool shotgun, the M4 was my holy grail and it makes me happy 7 years or so on. Just shot it the other day. It made me smile.
My 97 year old Remington 11 scratches that itch for me.
I might get something yet in over-under and pump, I'm leaning towards 590A1 because a proper shotgun needs a sling and a bayonet.
Yeah, it would be a novelty just for fun every once in a while, but I do also think that the blast of fire could help ward off the murder clowns that show up towards the back of my property when I forget to go to CVS around the end of the month.
Why not both?
Mount your tavor under your ar. Then mount your ar underneath a 338 bolt gun. Then mount that underneath a boys antitank rifle.
You’re a genius. That settles it - I’m getting both a TS12 and a PS90, with a Picatinny to Picatinny rail adapter.
