I think it's fine to defend your property or even go protest, but always stay in a group and never get lured away towards Antifa or BLM. Don't get in a confrontation. Never travel alone in any known protest areas. They won't come attacking someone who is rightfully defending, they will try to create a scenario where it looks questionable. They are trained to do this. Basically if you are aware and take them seriously, they likely won't do anything. It's when you are alone, unaware, and unprepared that you will become another statistic of peaceful protests.
