In a pipedream of presidency, the number 1 action would be removal of making new laws via administrative action.
From what I understand, Congress' original ability to regulate guns was because of interstate commerce. Like Missouri (I think it was) as long as it's all manufactured and sold SOLELY in the state of Alabama, then the Fed has no interstate power over it.
