A few days ago I saw an article that recommended “Bushwick”, a movie with Dave Bautista (“Joe Biden respects gun owners”) and it reveals exactly what liberals think a civil war will be like. Please note this movie was filmed during the rise of Trump.
They think all the “white” Militia states (read conservative southern states) will invade the liberal coastal areas and indiscriminately murder all minorities. But a coalition of racially diverse average people with no combat experience will rise up to beat those Nazis!
The depiction of combat is hilarious. Random house raids with no squad tactics. Single militia soldiers leaving the squad to murder minorities. A mob of “peaceful protestors“ gathers in a group close together in the middle of the street and charges a fortified position with primarily blunt objects and makeshift shields, deflecting bullets from M16s and AK47s. At one point they actually chant “whose streets? Our streets!”

They do, but its also not hard to find a new job in that industry if you have a good driving record as truckers have been in demand for a long time. My wife works at a large trucking firm and they never can find enough drivers and they aren't the only ones. If someone has a clean driving record they can find another job quickly in the industry. If those guys would strike people would come to the table in hours, days at most.

They are so goddamn delusional they think the entire military will be on their side and just wipe out any evil, white “terrorist” with an AR on sight. A real civil war likely means the end of this country as we know it, which I’m completely fine with if it means we get to fucking drench the tree of liberty with the blood of traitors to the Constitution and rebuild it as it should be.
Even if they did have the entire armed forces working against gun owners, they clearly forgot the lesson Vietnam and Afghanistan/Iraq taught us. To the feds, a domestic insurrection amongst millions of armed citizens is a nightmare scenario far worse than a conventional war with another hostile country.
But the Vietnamese got materiel from China, and the Afghanis had plenty leftover from us. If you want to do any serious damage you're going to need support from a foreign power that wants to help take out America.
I think you may be vastly underestimating the amount of material already in country or easily available. Not to mention the already brewing cottage manufacturing industry. There is still a lot of good-ol-boys out there who know how to melt lead, reload ammo, and make open bolt machine guns. There are plenty of hardy women out there who can grow a vegetable garden, do kitchen table surgery, and put accurate rounds downrange.
Those folks don't get a lot of coverage because they keep to themselves. And they come from all walks of life and all ages, not just old guys and boomer ladies.
I know plenty of people who grew up desperately poor and have been extremely resourceful their entire lives. Imagine what they could do when the threat of getting arrested goes away, and it's do or die time.
Also, on top of their people, you got people who may live comfortably now, but love their freedom enough to learn how to fight and survive. Most of us probably fall into that camp. It would be rough for us, but as long as we had something worth fighting for, we would be ok.
Lastly, I can tell you that the military is not going to side against those who wish to be free. There will be internal division, but at least half is going to say "fuck those orders, our duty is to the people"
There's well over 400 million guns in the US and some number like 10 trillion rounds of ammo already in private hands in the US. You also have 12 Million men who spent their late teens and 20's kicking down doors half way around the world. And today many of them have better kit in their basements than they were issued 15 years ago.
Huh, if my math is right, then Americans have roughly enough to arm 1 out of every 8 people on the planet with a gun and 25,000 rounds. This makes me happy.

They actually try to take useless liberal territory in the movie to force a resolution. A better technique would be a coordinated attack on 10 major cities infrastructure. Bridges, cell towers, high tension power lines, sub stations, water pumping stations, water treatment, etc. Hell it might take a while but one .308 can blow a substation after all the oil leaks out. Thermite is cheap and easily made and doesn’t make noise.

Most people don't have a clue about logistics and the reality of seizing strategic and tactical objectives over the course of even a small regional conflict, much less one in a country the size of the US.
It's hard af to get a motivated, supplied and effective military force to go do things.
The far more likely scenario is that the farm states that feed those communist city enclaves just stop.
Man, if you're in the market for a so bad it's actually entertaining movie you should check out "I bought a vampire motorcycle" it is the absolute worst movie I have ever seen and I have made a tradition of watching it every Halloween with my buds. It is pretty much the epitome of stupid horror from the 80s-90s. Bunch of British losers get murdered in stupid ways by a motorcycle with a taste for blood and really shitty special effects.

Here's the thing I find hilarious. The lefties have been all against "voter suppression" and "radical gun owning conservatives" are now supporting a guy who literally is claiming that he's going to turn effectively every gun owner into a felon overnight.
They're fighting for the disenfranchisement of the opposing worldview (which isn't surprising) but at the same time not realizing that a lot of men with guns who have their voice taken away don't have to go completely quiet.
