Happy independence month! Don’t forget to pay your taxes so our federal government can continue their bloated overreach while the career politicians make sure you are an unarmed and happy revenue cow, just like our founding fathers intended.

Doing some quick history on Wikipedia:
16th Amendment (1913) - The federal government can levy an income tax. Was in response to SCOTUS ruling in Pollock v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Co.
Pollock v. Farmers' Loan & Trust Co. (1895) - overruled the Wilson–Gorman Tariff Act. The Farmers Loan & Trust Company (now Citibank) provided a list of all their shareholders to the Department of Treasury to better identify who should pony up. Pollock, who owned only 10 shares of Farmers, sued.
Wilson–Gorman Tariff Act (1894) - Imposed a 2% tax on income >$4,000/year so they could reduce tariffs on imports.
ROTFL
Edit: Continuing on,
You will hear progressives make this scummy claim that because "blue states" pay more to the federal government, that they should have more say in the federal government.
This would not be the case if not for the 16th Amendment. 16A excludes income tax from the apportionment rule under Article I, Section 2, Clause 3 of the US Constitution. Direct taxes, like House Representatives, are supposed to be proportional the population of the member States.
Where are Meth Mondays?
Y’all need to step up and make some OC. Whip em out ladies.
And for you Fed lurkers: feel free to join in the fun. I’ll upvote your disfigured bodies too.
Where's yours?
F150, Silverado, or Tacoma?
The Toyota Tacoma is basically the North American version of the Toyota Hilux. The Hilux has been credited for winning the Toyota War in 1987 where Chad insurgent groups repelled Soviet-surplus-supplied Lybian occupation. They were able to do this because of their fleet of 400 Toyota Hilux pickup trucks which were configured as technicals. This gave them agility and terrain advantages compared to the old Soviet tanks that the Lybians had.
Edit:
It's worth mentioning that this strategy worked in part because the French provided air support to the Chad insurgent groups, basically neutralizing the Lybian air force compared to Chad's non-existent air force. Once Chad completely repelled the Lybian forces, France withdrew their air support. Knowing that they were vulnerable, the Chad fleet of Hiluxes drove 50 miles into Lybian territory overnight to attack the Maaten al-Sarra Air Base, crippling their air force.
Yes but, hear me out…. It’s a little truck.
How am I supposed to overcompensate for my little peen with a tiny truck?
I drive a lifted Z71 w/ a crew cab and no muffler because it makes me feel better about my innie.
I wish someone still made a tiny truck. The smallest truck on the market is a large full sized truck, change my mind
Ford ranger?
Wait a sec what happened to the cyber truck? Need a cyber truck technical.
The ranger and Colorado don't offer size advantages over the F150 and Silverado, but they do come with shitty engines lol
So they'd be the perfect trucks to mount a pair of bumpfire stocked dual mount highpoint carbines??
I love that you immediately knew I was asking for a technical 😍
Kudos for not even considering Ram. Fuck those pieces of shit.
You, I like you.
A chevy might break down but I can fix it, even the dealer couldn't fix a Ram
I drive an F150 because my cousin owns a ford dealership and if I drove anything else I wouldn’t get invited on his hunting and fishing trips.
That said, I like it. It’s my second F150 and I had the last one for 8 years and it treated me well. I don’t like Toyota vehicles for the only reason they feel cheap on the inside for the price you pay, even though I know you’re paying for the mechanical reliability.
I haven’t driven a GM truck in a few years but last time I did the ride quality was awful and the road noise sounded like a window got left open.
Do you suppose conservatives will ever acknowledge that reagan was a fucking loser that voted for gun control on multiple occasions?
I reminded some folks in the main forum the other day and they weren't too happy. (Shrug)
He also gave the brady founder multiple blowjobs. While he was in a wheelchair bless his heart.
Scruff, that sounds like something I’d say. I’m no fan of Reagan. I don’t get why people worshiped him. Honestly, I think all our Presidents have sucked, Trump Included. Bump stock ban? Really? And how many times are you going to get fucked by your own DOJ before you decide to REALLY VET your picks?
Politics is gross. Unless they’re willing to let me buy off their military contractor Quantity Purchase Agreements they can all go to hell. I promise my vote to whichever party will allow me to own an Apache with all the fixin’s.
Lol I imagine we agree on a BUNCH.
I don't have a garage on my house so I'd be cool with just an MP7 and about 10k rounds.
Welp maybe the Matt/crs firearms case will result in the NFA getting overturned (fat chance, but crazier shit happens these days), and then I'll finally get to have my threesome shooting a dshk and a ma deuce at the same time. And then Matt will never have to pay for his own beer ever again. Assuming he doesn't disappear like the original challenger to the nfa.
Or maybe just the alcohol causing optimistic thinks. Maybe tomorrow there will be a mass resignation in the government and they'll all fuck off to wherever they're hiding their slush funds and leave us alone. Seems more likely things just go hot. who tf knows? Not me or my drink.
I hear that, I also wish you the very best getting that 3 some going.
I'm a simple man, I would buy a full auto AR lower first and then a 9mm submachine gun.
Even though I'm an HK fan boy I think I would buy a classic UZI first. I shot one once in glorious full auto and it was amazing. So controllable and fun.
Did anyone else get turned on to guns and blowjobs from short blondes while perusing the graphic novel section of a second-hand book store?
I like short blondes, guns, and receiving blowjobs. Do you have any book recommendations for me?
