I don't think you're looking at this like a douchebag prosecutor. And my understanding is that a minor isn't usually legal to have access to a firearm without some adult supervision.
I don't personally give a wet shit that he killed those people. It was really, really funny. He's fucked though. They won'tet him off with less than some manslaughter and prison.
I would bet heavily they can't find a Wisconsin jury willing to unanimously convict him of first degree homicide. All they need is one juror who isn't part of the left-cult. Everyone else by now understands the politically-motivated horse shit taking place.
They might get him on some random lesser charge, but they can't charge him with first degree homicide and manslaughter for the same killing.
He'll plea out to manslaughter if they offer and convince him of how fucked he is. They get a 5-10yr and a political victory. He gets to dodge longer time.
I don't have confidence in a jury but then again I am cynical af.
This kid needs one hell of a lawyer and to make the best self defense case possible. He's a political symbol now and that could work for or against him.
Either way, 5.56 is proven yet again to be an effective cure for communism and persons convicted of rape against a minor.
There's no telling what he might do, but IMO the first degree homicide charge is a gift. Make them prove it. One guy armed, the other guy beating him on the ground. While the mob surrounds him. After they prevented him from running away, on video. One juror (from Wisconsin) has to find the charge less than proven.
That's a really positive spin on it. I see the logic on the 1st degree charge. Super hope you are right. That would be funny to see this guy get off scot free.
Prosecutor and Jury. Playing the context of how TF he got there will be the most important, and it doesn't look good.
Kids probably fucked.
in my state you can legally own a long arm at 16.
