The only one I'm less-than-sure about is the "me first" pedophile. I haven't seen a clear visual on why he was shot. Not saying there isn't a good case there -- just that I don't know it.
Not that it makes the visual any more clear but... after closer inspection of the video, there was actually someone else (not the "shoot me nigga" guy) that was shooting (presumably at Kyle) in the video, right before the "me first" guy got to Kyle.
So to me, that's even more of a slam dunk for self-defense. Some guy is chasing you down, and suddenly you start hearing gun shots behind you.
Further more, and this part is all conjecture and not verified at all, people are wondering if the gunfire from the handgun was what actually domed the guy.. seeing as the guys head seemed relatively intact for being hit with a 5.56 point blank.
That's true. The bullet hole looked very small and there didn't appear to be a large exit wound. A .223 at close range like that would have fucking nuked that guys head, wouldn't it? Maybe I'm wrong, I don't have much experience with shooting people in the head.
The NYtimes visual investigation found a frame before he shot pedo that showed a muzzle flash for unknown reasons. NYtimes reporter says while being chased by pedoman someone yeeted from behind pedo toward kyle for unknown reasons which caused kyle to turn to the direction of the gunfire and shoot the attacking pedo
Yup. Imagine you're being chased by several dudes and suddenly hear a gunshot. You don't know where that's coming from. Kid was cornered. No other choice.
After chasing Kyle, throwing a bag with an item in it (allegedly a brick) & chasing Kyle, once the Pedo finally caught up to and cornered Kyle, the Pedo attempted to grab Kyle's rifle TWICE before Kyle started blasting according to a journalist who was a witness (the journalist is the guy who took off his shirt to apply pressure to Pedo's head)
Kyle did everything he could to avoid shooting anyone (he fled, he didn't shoot the first time the Pedo grabbed for his gun), but when Kyle was left with no option, he shot to stop the threat and did so with the least amount of shots necessary, therefore, avoiding unintended injuries to innocents.
Kyle is a hero. A 17 year old went out there to help clean up graffiti, give medical assistance to anyone who needed it (he's on video treating injured rioters - he offered help to EVERYONE), and protect innocent private businesses. When the time came to defend himself from violent rioting criminals, he handled himself like a total pro. Many grown men today aren't HALF the man Kyle is.
Plastic bag allegedly with a brick in it. A journalist for the DailyCaller saw the Pedo (who threw said bag with brick & was chasing Kyle) attempt to grab the rifle not once, but twice before Kyle started blasting.
The kid attempted to flee, while fleeing he had an object thrown at him and was boxed into an area with the guy chasing him that had thrown the object, clear cut self defense even if Wisconsin isn’t/is a stand your ground state.
A journalist who witnessed the lead up to the first shooting (the shooting of the Pedo), says that when the pedo finally cornered Kyle, he grabbed for Kyles rifle TWICE before Kyle started blasting.
No. The pedo was the first one he shot. Then about 2 minutes later he shot two more guys, one who attacked him with a skateboard and another who pulled a pistol on him. The guy with the skateboard was a woman beater. This kid took out a pedo and a domestic abuser all in one night. I'd call that a good days work
Worth noting, however, that he legally was not allowed to be open carrying since he is only 17. At least, that's what I have heard. That might hurt him in court.
How do self-defense laws work when the person is not legally allowed to be in possession of the firearm that they use?
You can legally possess a rifle at any age. You must be 18 to purchase one from a licensed dealer, but you can possess a rifle or shotgun no matter how young you are. Handguns are the only firearm with an age limit for possession, requiring you to be 18 to possess them.
Open carry laws generally apply to any weapon you may legally posses. I'd like to see the source for claiming that he can't legally open carry.
Note that section 3 of the law in question provides a blanket exception for rifles possessed by minors, so long as they aren't also violating SBR statutes.
I've legit been trying to find the section that even says anything about minors?
Is it somewhere in section 941?
If you got the time, could you help me out in finding out where it says anything in regards to that? The section on possession of firearms says nothing about age and only really talks about mental illness and if you;re a felon.
(a) Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
And then:
(3)
...
(c) This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593. This section applies only to an adult who transfers a firearm to a person under 18 years of age if the person under 18 years of age is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593 or to an adult who is in violation of s. 941.28.
Section 941.28 is the SBR portion. \
The other two statutes are in regards to people under the age of 16 and then talking abouta hunter safety course. Nothing really says you can't jsut carry a firearm around.
The more interesting legal argument is Militia Act, which used to be 10 USC 311, might be 10 USC 246 now...in either case the language has remained the same that the militia of the United States is all able bodied males 17 - 45. It could be argued that any state laws restricting members of the Unorganized Militia from being able to carry arms runs afoul of Federal Law.
He did get Nick Sandman's lawyer, for free, to volunteer to defend him

It definitely would. I’ve never shot a head, but I’ve seen Paul Harrell shoot many meat targets.
I read in an article that the bullet just knicked his head, so I guess that explains it

You can see what looks like a Molotov being thrown at him by Jew-pedo moments before the shooting.
Unfortunately, I’m hearing that the Molotov was doctored into that video, the original appears to show a plastic bag of some sorts

Absolutely self defense.
He shot someone other than the three featured in the main video?

Ohhh, whoops, I thought ol boy who got his bicep popped was the pedo. My mistake.
The lefty for life guy has a long rap sheet as well lol
You're surprised that people violently protesting against the cops have been on the wrong side of the law before?

This is filled with left wing propaganda, but it does cite the law in question

I like it. Knocks out another commie argument.
