I believe it was the great Taofledermaus:
"This is my sanctuary safe rifle. If Gavin Newsom gets to pick and choose which laws to follow, then so do I."
My prediction is gen 3 glocks are amongst the very first to be taken off the list.
Fucking gun grabbers suck.
Wasn't this tried so many times and failed because literally everyone knows it can't be done and the supreme court will strike it down?
As if SCOTUS would actually take the case.
Probably would take this one, Roberts cant be THAT retarded to think its even possible can he?
"Hold my Lolita Express ticket" - Roberts
"Hey guys! good news! we added the stevens tip-up to the roster. Goodbye glock 9mm, beretta 92, and CA7"
really though the stevens tip up is a ton of fun to shoot.
Wait, so can you can explain what this means. Will rounds of those calibers be completely banned in California?
What this means is that for every one pistol added to the roster (the list of guns that can be purchased in commifornia) THREE must be taken off. Eventually there will be one gun on the roster.
Only guns that were made before 2013 are on the roster due to the non existent microstamp requirement. The technology to microstamp is non existent and is only a ploy to keep guns out of the hands of legal gun owners.
There are no sales of glock gen 5 or sig p365 to everyday people direct from gun stores. You can get them at a premium used from a LEO. Rules for thee not for me.
And LEOs are regularly busted for dealing firearms without an FFL by taking orders from customers to purchase off- roster firearms and sell them as "used" guns for substantial profit.
No, just every time 1 gun is added 3 are arbitrarily removed. They could add something as dumb as a break action 22 to get rid of the AR pistols that are on the roster.
You're funny. There is/was one AR pistol on the roster. I think it was changed to "other" and ca is trying to get rid of it.

As a California Cuck I support this. If gun companies were smart they would be all over this. I would try to have as many guns added to the roster as possible. The only way to get rid of the roster is to have every gun fall off of it. Once there’s one that last company should skip paying the CA extortion fee every year and then no gun will be on the roster Then there will be a significantly easier legal argument since there are no handguns allowed
Gotta play that 8D chess
Learn to make your own guns.
Newsom: "We've just added the latest Nerf Single-Shot Mobile Printer gun to the list of safe guns, that means we need to remove three. The three guns we will be removing are handguns, shotguns, and rifles. Thank you Commie, I mean, California."
Well that was quick - no guns, now no cars.
This will fix teh gun crimes for sure!
