I'm so fucking confused. Is this an ad, or a meme?

Why is there a rail on this cheap ass laser, what's going on?

Before, obviously. I'm talking about the law as it currently stands and the limited power we have through the courts until total corruption is the primary concern.

If they pack the Court then their corruption is complete and nothing we may or may not do matters at all.

The text presented on Congress.gov says what they want the bill to do but nothing about how they actually intend to do it, including striking FOPA 86, that's why I said this is dead on arrival. It's a wishlist, not legislation.

Not that I'd expect anything of honest effort, intelligence or familiarity with the subject matter from the Right Honorable Representative Sheila Lee of Texas.

As part of the Firearm Owners Protection act of 1986, which revised the Gun Control Act of 1968 per section 18 U.S.C. 926 the U.S. Government was forbade from creating or keeping a registry directly linking non NFA firearms to persons who reside in the United States.

The Government is allowed to maintain records on Firearms involved in an active investigation of a crime, but not on the sole basis of ownership.

The exact text is

No such rule or regulation prescribed [by the Attorney General] after the date of the enactment of the Firearms Owners Protection Act may require that records required to be maintained under this chapter or any portion of the contents of such records, be recorded at or transferred to a facility owned, managed, or controlled by the United States or any State or any political subdivision thereof, nor that any system of registration of firearms, firearms owners, or firearms transactions or disposition be established. Nothing in this section expands or restricts the Secretary's authority to inquire into the disposition of any firearm in the course of a criminal investigation.

at Federal Law 18 U.S.C. 926

This is part of why the ATF's 4473 records are either in shipping containers in a parking lot, or scanned into non searchable PDF files (which there has been some mild legal action about even this effort to maintain 4473's) to resist compliation of a "computerized database" which they tried to do and had to delete.

This is literally illegal.

Not that that will stop them but, yaknow. This shit's dead on arrival, infuriating, but impotent.

I'm mad I sold my 22's years ago. I've been looking at getting a Ruger mk3 and I'm mad cause I got my Mk2 for like 120 bucks and I can't find shit under 300 on a Ruger. Prolly just gonna get a Rough Rider and call it a day, I liked the one I had and gave away.

Not in a few years now but when I did it was alright. Lot of people have stopped using it because of recent 'fees' but I've sene posters including e-mails in their listings to get around that so, probably still good?

Everything's a risk these days to be honest.

Oh, wow, I forgot there was a place worse than West Virginia and the Ukraine. Did National Geographic post this picture for you? Not sure how else you'd get such a clear photo or access to internet faster than 28.8K.

The legit answer is that a 2011 is a double stack 1911. So technically yes as long as you don't have lady hands.

Because of an old user of the OG Gunnit called Meth who always posted sluts with guns on Monday.

Imagine thinking a zoomer is better than an OG boomer. GTFO.

I know, still sucks. You figure someone would have the brains to realize he's riding the gravy train straight off the fucking rails and that they'll do better for their wallets long term by growing nuts and ditching his old corrupt ass.

You'd think they'd find a way, he's pretty obviously a fucking cancer on anything and everything the NRA once stood for. I'm not even saying they have to go back to 1965, but fucking anything would be better than where they're at now. I know it prolly won't happen but, hopefully moving to Texas gives someone a chance to fucking kick him out.

Me and my brother went to see that in theaters and couldn't stop laughing at the racist shit Clint was doing. People hated us cause they were trying to take it all serious and shit.

Shark Attack? Shit, not in there. That's SOP for Nasty Girls.

I really don't know how the fuck Wayne LaPierre is still at all tied to the NRA. Any other company would have cut him loose years ago at the first sign of scandal, the NRA would be fucking drowning in cash if they got rid of that corrupt old fuck.

And Reagan and Eastwood? Gungrabbers both.

People have been working on 3d printing tround "cases" to insert regular 38's into to make those guns useful again since there's actually a fair amount of Dardick guns but no ammo for them

There used to be kits to put spacers into old A1/rifle buffer length stocks to use newer fancy carbine length buffers, I have to imagine they're still out there.

Far as the lower, I think it's legit, the rest of it is a bunch of larping faggotry in my opinion. AR's are already light and managable, making them this light isn't "What stoner would do" it's what a bunch of two gun chumps would do and Phagan while I respect his abilities is just doing it to sell lowers, if he keeps using a WWSD rifle for matches then I'm wrong and im fine with that but I don't think something like this would be adopted by anyone who actually uses an AR for 'work' because it's going overboard with a bunch of untested stuff, carbon fiber handguards and all that?

Putting a bunch of gucci bullshit on an AR to save 2.7 pounds when a stock AR15 is already only 6.5 pounds seems silly. I do like removing the forward assist, all of my uppers are slick side, I like ambi controls but as a whole gun losing 2.7 pounds and paying 1700 boggles my mind.

But I hope you like it.

Raven 25, use the extra $575 dollars for ammo and training.

Seriously tho. If you don't go with the Glock 43 because it's lacking a manual safety (or hate how it feels in the hand like I do) check out the Shield, they're both real popular for a reason. The Hellcat's not bad but I still hate Springfield armory and anything else is just not so much better than the 43 or shield for the dosh.

Fairly sure the shield has a manual safety variant, I know the shield EZ does so I see no reason the basic shield wouldn't. "Cerakote color" is Enamel Rustoleum Red. Spray it, bake it, tuck it. Comparison.... Ryan Reynolds... No real reason it should be popular, it's not the prettiest, or the best, but it could be worse.
