Hoodies and sunglasses and stuff help but you're crazy if you think the government can't run a video through a program and identify you by build (arm length, leg length, torso width and length, shoulder width, neck length) approximate weight, walking gait (including step length, arm swing, hip shift,) or by using head / facial features such as head shape, eye width, skin 'texture' ear size, height and shape when they are available. China has been using those 4 methods. Build, Weight, Gait and Shape for a long time, so has google. Beyond that all those "Make yourself old" or "Anime yourself" apps have only helped refine the AI's attention to detail.
