Well...it's chapter 11 so they likely arnt going anywhere. But they are claiming to be hamstrung by debt due to the Sandy Hook lawsuits (which I hear now hinge on finding evidence the shooter saw some Remington advertising?) as well as weak sales (when all gun sales are through the roof) so it doesn't paint a grim picture but not an especially Rosie one.
